Kovalam - Morning yoga session before breakfast. Explore the village and the sandy palm beaches during the day and spend the evening meditating. At extra charge you can enjoy the on-site famous for their ayurvedic treatments.

Trivandrum - Welcome the sunrise with a yoga session before breakfast. Full day city tour of the capital of Kerala, Trivandrum. Visit the most popular landmarks as the Horse Palace, Napier Museum, Sri Chitra Arts Gallery, The Padmanabhaswamy Temple and more.

Kovalam - Morning yoga session before breakfast. Explore the village and the sandy palm beaches during the day and spend the evening meditating. At extra charge you can enjoy the on-site famous for their ayurvedic treatments.

Kanyakumari - Morning yoga before breakfast. Transfer to the second destination, Kanyakumari. En route visit the Padmanabhapuram Palace, the magnificent wooden palace constructed by the Maharajas of Travancore in the 15th century. The next stop is at the Suchindram Temple. Popular for its musical pillars and a huge Hanuman statue, the temple was built as a dedication to the Lords Shiva. Check in at the hotel in Kanyakumari. After lunch relax your inner self by meditating by the Vikenanda rock memorial, where the famous Indian philosopher Swami Vivekanandan meditated and got enlightened.

Varkala - Early morning transfer to our next destination, the historic coastal city Varkala. After the hotel check in and lunch spend the evening relaxing followed by a good night yoga session.

Varkala - Enjoy each day filled with yoga and meditation and spend your free time relaxing on the beach.

Varkala - Morning yoga session before breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Varkala followed by a visit to the elephant camp. You will get a chance to feed and take a short ride on the elephants.

Kollam - Morning yoga session before breakfast. On the way back to Trivandrum stop at the Monroe Island and explore the area by an abroad canoe.
